Tartiflette revisited: Gnocchiflette

INGREDIENTS

Serves 4 :

  1. To cook the gnocchi: fry in a pan, stirring regularly.
  2. In a frying pan, brown the onion and bacon, add the crème fraîche and season with the ground cumin, fennel and a pinch of Marcel Senchou black pepper.
  3. Mix the mixture with the gnocchi and arrange in a gratin dish.
  4. Cover with slices of Reblochon cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven until it’s nicely browned (about 20 minutes in a fan oven).

All that’s left to do is enjoy!
