INGREDIENTS

  • For 4 people
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Herbes de Provence (optional)
  • Senchou Pure Beetroot Ketch’up

1. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C.

2. Peel the sweet potatoes then cut them into sticks.

3. Place them in a large mixing bowl and season them with olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well with your hands to evenly distribute the seasoning.

4. Place the sweet potato sticks on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Make sure they do not overlap. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Serve hot with a little pot of our beetroot ketchup!
