INGREDIENTS

  • 9 rice leaves
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Thinly sliced purple cabbage
  • 3 grated carrots
  • 1 mango, julienned
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Marcel Senchou black sesame seeds
  1. Fill a large shallow dish with warm water. Place a sheet of rice paper in the water for 30 seconds until soft.
  2. Transfer the rice paper to a chopping board.
  3. Place a few mint and basil leaves in the middle of the rice paper, then add the cabbage, carrots, mango, red pepper and avocado.
  4. Fold the left and right sides of the rice paper over the toppings.
  5. Fold the side closest to you up and over the toppings to seal. Then roll up tightly.
  6. Repeat the operation with the other rolls and serve with the creamy tahini and ginger dip.
