INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pinch Marcel Senchou black pepper
  • 1 pinch Marcel Senchou nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Marcel Senchou cinnamon
  • 3 sugar cubes
  • 30 g dark chocolate
  • 50 cl whole or semi-skimmed milk
  • 5 cl single cream
  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it boils.
  2. Meanwhile, break the chocolate into small pieces.
  3. Once the milk is boiling, lower the heat, add the chocolate and spices to the saucepan and whisk the mixture until the chocolate has melted completely.
  4. Leave the milk to simmer for a few moments.
  5. Add the cream, whisk again and serve!

For those with a sweet tooth, you can add a touch of homemade whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
