INGREDIENTS

For the pancake batter :

For the coating and assembly :

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • Cottage cheese and milk (to ajust the texture)
  • 50g puffed quinoa
  • Wooden sticks (skewers or lollipops)
  1. Prepare a pancake batter with a little Marcel Senchou gingerbread spice mix for extra zing:
    • Put the flour in a bowl with the sugar, the salt and the gingerbread spice mix
    • Form a well and pour in the eggs
    • Mix gently to avoid lumps, then add the milk a little at a time.
    • Adjust the texture of your dough with more milk if necessary, and add the melted butter.
    • Mix well and cook your pancakes!
  2. Roll the pancakes and cut into small pieces.
  3. Melt the dark and milk chocolate, then mix with fromage frais and a little milk for a creamy texture.
  4. Assemble your lollies: dip a piece of pancake in the chocolate, roll it in puffed quinoa, and poke it with a wooden stick.
  5. Freeze them for extra crunch.
