INGREDIENTS

  1. In a salad bowl, mix your chicken thighs with the Marcel Senchou Mexican spice mix, chopped onions, olive oil, salt and Marcel Senchou white pepper. Put it aside!
  2. In an ovenproof dish, add tomato pulp, salsa sauce, corn and kidney beans and mix gently.
  3. Arrange the chicken thighs on top of this delicious mixture.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C and just before serving, don’t forget to sprinkle with fresh coriander for the finishing touch!
