INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION :

  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 mango
  • 1 pomegranate

 

FOR THE SYRUP  :

  1. Prepare the syrup: bring the water and sugar to the boil in a saucepan.
  2. Squeeze the lemon into the pan and add the zest.
  3. Squeeze the orange and add the juice to the pan.
  4. Add the various spices.
  5. Bring to the boil for 10 minutes.
  6. While the syrup is cooking, cut up the fruit. Core and dice the apple. Peel the orange, remove the white parts and remove the segments. Peel the kiwi and mango and dice.
  7. Pour the warmed syrup over the fruit and leave to cool.
  8. Chill for 2 hours.
