INGREDIENTS

1. Place your eggs in a saucepan, fill with water and bring to the boil. When the water is boiling, lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes before removing the eggs.

Let the boiled eggs cool, then peel them and cut each egg in two down the middle. Remove the yolks from the eggs. Place the yolks in a bowl and set the whites aside.

3. Add the cream cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise and chopped chives to the yolks and mix until you have a an even mixture.

4. Spoon the mixture back into the whites of the eggs, creating a nice round shape. Use a spoon to help achieve this shape.

5. Top your eggs with a sprinkling of chopped chives, then plate onto a nice dish and serve.
