Comté and bacon pastry rolls

with Senchou Oak-Smoked Pure Tomato Ketch’up

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 people Makes around 18 pastry rolls
  • 1 sheet of roll-out puff pastry
  • 3 tablespoons of Senchou smoked tomato ketchup
  • 70g of grated comté cheese
  • 10 slices of bacon

1. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C.

2. Roll out your puff pastry dough then top with a layer of ketchup.

3. Place the slices of bacon on top then sprinkle evenly with the grated comté.

4. Roll both sides of the pastry to meet in the middle, then freeze for 10 mins.

5. Remove the dough from the freezer then cut into little 1cm thick slices, then place them onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
