INGREDIENTS

For 6 glasses of Chaï Latte :

  1. Pour the water into your saucepan.
  2. Add the sliced ginger, cardamom, cloves and cracked black pepper.
  3. Heat the water to 95°C.
  4. Brew your black tea.
  5. Add the milk, maple syrup (more or less according to your taste) and vanilla extract.
  6. Filter the mixture.
  7. To look like a real professional: froth the milk in the glass with a whisk, grate a little cinnamon over the top and add a star anise and a cinnamon stick for decoration.
  8. All that’s left to do is savour and enjoy this cocooning moment!
