min preparation time
1. Pre-heat your oven to 110°C.
2. Peel and finely dice the onion. Layer it onto the base of a roasting tray.
3. In a small bowl, mix the Senchou barbecue sauce and ketchup, the smoked paprika, the olive oil and a bit of salt and pepper.
4. Pour a little of the sauce into the tray and mix with the onion, then place the meat on top. Cover the meat in the rest of the sauce, applying it in a nice thick layer.
5. Cook for 8 hours. Turn the pork halfway through cooking.
6. When the meat is cooked, pull it apart using 2 forks while it is still hot, giving you that lovely pulled effect.
